They’re hiring Full Stack Product Engineers to help build GitKraken Insights, a new engineering intelligence product that helps leaders understand how work moves through their org—PR flow, DORA metrics, code quality, developer sentiment, AI tool adoption, agent impact, bottlenecks, and spending—across React, Go, PostgreSQL, AWS, and GitHub workflows. The role involves turning ambiguous product ideas into scoped technical plans, shipping end-to-end features, designing APIs and data models, and building interfaces that make engineering data understandable, trustworthy, and actionable. Qualifications include production software experience on frontend and backend, Go or the ability to ramp quickly, strong React and TypeScript skills, API design with contracts and robust error handling, experience using AI coding agents, and comfort with Git/GitHub/CI/CD and PostgreSQL; clear written communication and the ability to reason about tradeoffs are also expected, with bonus points for broader full-stack experience and AI tool workflows.
