Responsibilities include setting the engineering vision and multi-quarter roadmap, driving architectural decisions for AI/machine learning detection engines and remediation flows, partnering with product management, owning the delivery of proprietary scanners and AI security research, and representing the Security Factory in cross-functional planning and customer conversations.
Candidates should have experience leading distributed engineering with multiple teams, strong knowledge of application security fundamentals and security workflows, history building detection or scanning systems in SaaS/DevSecOps, and a track record shipping customer-facing AI features tied to detection or remediation outcomes, plus strong written and async leadership skills; familiarity with agentic AI, threat intelligence, or open-source tooling is a plus.
