As a Strategic Account Executive in Israel, you’ll own strategic and large enterprise accounts, drive net-new acquisition and expansion with a consultative sales approach, lead full-cycle complex deals, collaborate with pre/post-sales and channel partners, and advocacy for customers via GitLab’s public issue tracker. In your first year you’ll build and execute focused account plans, develop a healthy pipeline, and drive successful evaluations and rollouts that lay the foundation for long-term territory growth. You’ll map customer priorities to GitLab’s DevSecOps and AI-powered platform, work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and channel partners to run evaluations and rollouts, partner on joint campaigns, and maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast data while shaping marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience selling to large enterprise accounts, can discuss business value and ROI with executives, is familiar with Git or development tooling, is fluent in Hebrew, aligns with GitLab’s values, and will join a fully remote Israel-based regional strategic sales team with inclusive hiring policies.
