Refined is hiring a Data Engineer in Malmö with a hybrid setup to build and own Refined’s analytics data platform, turning raw data into trustworthy, well-modeled insights for decisions across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. The role involves end-to-end analytics ownership, from ingestion and modelling to data quality and adoption, translating business questions into clear metrics and data models and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and the CFO. Key responsibilities include designing core dimensional data models, maintaining data pipelines with software best practices (version control, CI/CD, documentation), ensuring data reliability, and enabling self-serve access to drive data-informed workflows. Required: 2–4+ years in analytics or data engineering, strong SQL (dbt or similar), data modelling experience, Python, and the ability to communicate in a distributed, English-speaking team; nice-to-haves include GCP/BigQuery, dlt, Looker, Pulumi, and experience coaching data literacy. Refined is hiring a Design Lead in Malmö (hybrid) with a salary of 58,000–66,000 SEK per month to own design excellence, develop designers, and ensure a coherent, polished product experience as the company scales. The role directly shapes thousands of customers’ experiences and enables designers, product managers, and engineers to move faster with confidence through clear standards, systems, and practices, while leading the Product Design team alongside the Head of Product. Responsibilities include setting the quality bar and decision frameworks for UX and UI, owning and evolving the design system, acting as the final design decision-maker when needed, and establishing design as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering. In the first year, success is defined by strong cross-functional relationships, a clear understanding of UX gaps and design debt, a defined design review cadence, and consistently high design quality across product surfaces.
