Zendesk QA in Tallinn is hiring to develop cutting-edge AI features for customer service, aiming to automate repetitive work so teams can focus on more sophisticated problems, and you’ll work in a cross-functional group with scientists, engineers, and product managers.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ML models and algorithms, prototyping generative-model features, staying current with ML advances, collaborating with ML engineers, engineering, product and UX teams, solving problems with information retrieval, prompt engineering and LLMs, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Requirements include strong Python programming with good code hygiene, solid statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills, experience building features with supervised or unsupervised ML (LLMs a plus), a proven production track record, excellent communication, and strong independence and planning; MSc or PhD is preferred.
