The company is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for Digital Natives in India to drive growth among digital-native organizations by helping them adopt, implement, and expand GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales—from prospecting through negotiation and close—drive multi-stakeholder engagement, build territory plans, generate pipeline, and pursue Net ARR and expansion across your Digital Native accounts. Required qualifications include deep B2B software sales experience with enterprise customers (ideally in DevSecOps or related SaaS), strong knowledge of CI/CD and cloud modernization, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while working autonomously in a remote environment.
