You’ll develop account-level renewal strategies, prepare renewal proposals and contracts, qualify opportunities to expand via upsell and cross-sell, monitor health and usage signals to surface at-risk renewals, and maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts in CRM while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product. Requirements include fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, experience owning end-to-end SaaS renewals in B2B subscription businesses with a track record of meeting renewal goals, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot), and the ability to build relationships and mitigate renewal risks.
