Key duties include troubleshooting complex issues with Zendesk, logs, and Linux tools; building proactive customer relationships; collaborating with Product, Development, Infrastructure, CS, and Sales to drive fixes and shape the roadmap; advising on CI/CD implementations; creating and improving knowledge content; and partnering with Support Engineers. Required qualifications encompass end-to-end experience with complex customer-facing support, strong Linux administration, GitLab/CI/CD familiarity, scripting (Ruby or Bash), ability to write reusable runbooks and articles, and solid communication across audiences, plus DevOps/Kubernetes/serverless familiarity.
