The Strategic Account Manager for Spain/Iberia drives profitable growth among Adaptavist's top enterprise customers, working with a Strategic Account Director and coordinating with Presales, Delivery, Customer Success, and strategic partners to advance opportunities and expand the company's footprint. Responsibilities include developing multi-year strategic account plans, maintaining current knowledge of customer structures and priorities, and identifying opportunities to expand across business units and technology domains. In pipeline generation and value-based selling, you build and maintain a pipeline through structured, account-based engagement, develop customer-specific points of view tied to measurable outcomes, lead discovery across stakeholders, craft commercial proposals anchored in outcomes, and apply MEDDPICC for qualification. For stakeholder management, you build multi-threaded relationships across technology and business stakeholders, identify champions and maintain executive access, and support partner collaboration with strategic partners such as Atlassian, GitLab, Harness, AWS, IBM, and Datadog. You also ensure forecasting and commercial discipline through strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasts, participation in reviews, and efficient opportunity management from qualification to closure, coordinating internal resources as needed.
