It also entails thought leadership by defining the reference architecture for sales billing forecasting and ACV measurement, establishing standards and governance, and change leadership with sponsorship of cross-functional programs and mentorship, with final decision rights on forecasting methodologies, KPIs, and business rules. Key responsibilities include designing and scaling the revenue forecast framework with data- and driver-based models, speeding forecast processes with a driver library and data lineage, and owning the ACV performance framework and dashboards while standardizing Net New, Expansion, Renewal, Contraction, and Churn definitions and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success on pipeline and renewal strategies.
