Zendesk is hiring a Frontend Engineer for the Knowledge team in Copenhagen to help build AI-powered, customer-facing knowledge management features using React and TypeScript as part of a modern frontend stack.
You will develop, maintain, and improve frontend features, partner with ML scientists and product teams to implement AI capabilities, participate in agile processes, and ensure usability, accessibility, and performance.
Requirements include 3+ years in frontend engineering with React/JavaScript/TypeScript, a solid understanding of software design and service-oriented architectures, experience in agile workflows with code reviews and CI/CD, and familiarity with backend technologies (Ruby on Rails, Node.js) and REST/GraphQL APIs; AI frontend experience is a strong plus.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, experience with event-driven architectures, content management or cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS), observability tools, and prior AI/LLM frontend work.
