Seibert Solutions Denmark is an Atlassian Solution Partner based in Copenhagen and part of the Seibert Group, helping Nordic organizations maximize Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management through implementations, migrations, and governance.
The Atlassian Consultant (Nordic) role is remote-first and can be based in Sweden, Norway, or the Copenhagen area, with some travel to Nordic clients.
You will own projects from the first workshop through go-live and beyond, implementing Atlassian tools, conducting migrations (e.g., on-premise to Cloud, Server to Data Center), designing solutions, leading workshops, and managing budgets, scope and timelines while identifying opportunities for additional services.
Requirements include native-level Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, professional English, hands-on Jira/Confluence (ideally Jira Service Management), independent project delivery, workshop facilitation, clear communication, commercial awareness, and a willingness to pursue Atlassian certifications if not already obtained.
