The Renewal Advisor role is focused on owning and executing renewal strategies for mid-to-large accounts to drive high renewal rates, minimize churn, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through value-driven conversations and cross-functional collaboration. Key duties include end-to-end renewal management, driving renewals through pricing negotiations and contract management, proactively identifying renewal risks, leading renewal calls and executive reviews, and maintaining accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility. Requirements include 5+ years in customer-facing roles (at least 3 in quota-carrying renewals or account management), proven success in renewing and expanding recurring revenue, experience managing complex renewal cycles and pricing/contract negotiations, strong communication and analytical skills, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with SaaS licensing and forecasting. The Channel Manager for Atlassian Partnerships will lead SmartBear’s regional (EMEA) partner activity to accelerate revenue growth, scale the solution partner community, and drive co-selling, enablement, and marketplace initiatives.
Responsibilities include driving partner readiness, certifications, partner marketing initiatives, improving adoption, and advising on partner program needs such as tiering, incentives, and operational frameworks, while aligning with product, marketing, and revenue leadership.
Required qualifications include 5+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or marketplace growth; deep Atlassian ecosystem knowledge; proven ability to build scalable partner relationships; strong communication and data-driven decision-making; and experience designing enablement content; nice-to-haves include existing Atlassian Solution Partner relationships, SaaS marketplace experience, sales background, familiarity with SmartBear products, and PRM platforms.
