The Services Programme Manager (PgM) is a Cologne-based senior hybrid role owning a strategic portfolio of client-facing and internal programmes and projects, managing plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholders across multi-workstream engagements while acting as the trusted advisor to strategic accounts.
