You’ll join Atlassian’s IT Service Management organization, working on Jira Service Management (JSM), a fast-growing cloud product and leader in the ITSM market. In this role you will lead and grow a team of software engineers working on core parts of the JSM/ITSM portfolio, providing direction, coaching, and building an inclusive, high-performing team culture. You will own the delivery and operational excellence of critical services in a modern, cloud-based microservices environment, while partnering with Product and Design to define roadmaps and measure impact, and guiding technical and architectural decisions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
