The role involves developing and executing a sales strategy for Jira Service Management in Japan, defining a territory vision, and managing funnel status and resource needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. It also requires representing Jira Service Management at industry events, providing accurate forecasts to senior management in Japan, and working with Atlassian partners and a broad partner network. On day one, candidates should have at least seven years of sales experience with a proven track record in technology, IT industry familiarity, strong communication skills, ability to drive GTM decisions independently in Japan, and fluency in Japanese (English preferred).
