The role is Manager of Cloud Engineering in Wroclaw, Poland (or for relocation), where you will lead, coach, and support Cloud/DevOps engineers focused on SmartBear’s API portfolio and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership across multiple time zones. Responsibilities include managing a Cloud Engineering team to optimize quality and velocity, applying Agile practices for continuous deployment, prioritizing milestones and deliverables, cultivating a culture of curiosity and excellence, and planning major cloud infrastructure projects (coding is not required, but you must evaluate your engineers’ output).
