Zendesk is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for the EMEA region who will report to the Director of GTM Operations, EMEA and serve as the strategic operations partner to the Regional VP of Sales for the North region (permanent) and the Central region on an interim basis, in a high-visibility role. The role goes beyond reporting and dashboards; it will actively shape regional strategy, manage key sales rhythms, and represent regional sales leadership in global forums. Core responsibilities include partnering with RVPs on forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM planning; owning end-to-end regional sales processes; driving AI adoption and automation; and serving as the regional SME for Zendesk’s sales tech stack with a view to global alignment. Candidates should have 3+ years in SaaS Sales or Revenue Operations, German language is desirable but not required, strong data fluency with Salesforce and BI (SQL a plus), and the ability to drive AI/automation adoption while balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day tasks.
