Required qualifications include 2+ years as a Zendesk Administrator or deep product knowledge, English fluency for English-speaking EMEA customers, 2-4 years of enterprise software support, experience with enterprise technical architecture, and hands-on troubleshooting of complex multi-vendor SaaS solutions using HTML, JSON, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs; knowledge of Java, Ruby, or Python is a plus. You should be able to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities and risk, deliver strong presentations (QBRs/scorecards), and be self-motivated with a willingness to work outside business hours and some travel; strong communication and innovative thinking are essential.
