We are looking to hire a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Owner. In this role, you will play a vital role in developing innovative solutions to drive the growth and success of our products. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for technology, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a drive to deliver product solutions that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog working closely with product managers design and engineering, ensuring that our development team delivers high-value features and solutions. Your work will directly impact our customers and help us achieve our business goals. This role requires a collaborative and strategic mindset to prioritize and drive the development of our product offerings.

What You’ll Do - 

  • Work closely with the product managers to deliver the vision and strategy for Tempo.io's products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver innovative, high-quality customer experiences. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and internal teams, to gather requirements and feedback
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that high-value items are addressed promptly
  • Continuously assess and adjust priorities based on changing customer needs, market conditions, and team feedback
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to guide the development team effectively
  • Communicate product updates and progress, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Utilize internal and external data to inform decisions, guide experimentation, and measure the success of product initiatives
  • Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, budget, and timelines to maximize value delivery
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Who You Are - 

  • 5+ years of product ownership or technical product management experience in a software or technology environment
  • Experience delivering highly complex consumer or enterprise software products from inception to launch in a B2C or B2B setting
  • Proven track record of delivering complex products with a successful launch to market
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and experience working with engineering teams
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into actionable product requirements
  • Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
  • Experience using data and analytics to make informed product decisions and measure success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
