In Madrid, you’ll lead enterprise relationships in the Financial Services vertical, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through rollout and adoption, using a consultative approach and voicing customer feedback to inform product decisions. You’ll acquire and manage large strategic accounts, lead account planning, coordinate with pre- and post-sales teams and channel partners, and maintain accurate activity and forecast reports while sharing market and competitive insights with stakeholders. The role requires experience with complex sales in financial services, strong relationship-building, consultative selling, cross-functional coordination, and familiarity with Git or software development tools, with the position operating remotely under location-based guidelines and offering a range of benefits as part of GitLab’s equal-opportunity policy.
