The Strategic Account Executive role in Israel will own a portfolio of strategic and large enterprise accounts, driving net-new acquisition and expansion through a consultative sales approach that links customer priorities to GitLab’s platform. You’ll lead full-cycle, complex deals, collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and channel partners, run evaluations and rollouts, and serve as the voice of the customer via GitLab’s public issue tracker while building and maintaining pipeline and forecasts. Requirements include experience selling software to senior stakeholders, proven account planning and cross-functional coordination, ability to discuss business value and ROI with executives, familiarity with GitLab/DevSecOps, and Hebrew fluency, plus alignment with GitLab’s values and openness to transferable experience.
