As a Deal Desk Strategist for Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ), you’ll partner with Sales and Revenue teams to shape deal structure, quoting, and bookings and act as the primary expert for sales-assisted quotes in Salesforce. You’ll own the end-to-end quote-to-cash process: reviewing opportunities and order forms, validating pricing in CPQ tools (Salesforce, Zuora CPQ), ensuring terms align with revenue recognition and internal policies, and resolving issues with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have experience in quote-to-cash functions, strong CPQ and Salesforce skills, understanding of pricing, discounts, standalone selling price, revenue recognition concepts, and solid problem-solving and data-review abilities. The AI Engineer role reports to the Director, Enterprise AI, and is a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions from discovery through deployment, starting with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. You will diagnose business problems, map workflows, own AI initiatives end-to-end, ship rapid prototypes, improve organizational flow, integrate AI into existing systems, and measure success with flow metrics, adoption, and ROI while acting as Customer Zero.
