The company is hiring a Director of Sales to lead growth in a Content-Led Sales Assist model, acting as a high-impact Player-Coach who maintains a personal sales territory, professionalizes the sales process, and leverages HubSpot and SEI experience to expand in Mid-Market and Enterprise. Key responsibilities include personal revenue contribution, deep developer workflow and SEI product knowledge, selling SEI platforms via solution selling, tuning the Sales Assist motion, managing HubSpot CRM, enforcing lead response SLAs, mentoring AEs and SDRs, refining GTM with the CCO and CMO, and accurate pipeline forecasting. Requirements include 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in sales leadership, a background selling Software Engineering Intelligence or engineering analytics, hybrid Sales Assist model familiarity, success selling to VP/CTO-level engineering leaders, HubSpot proficiency, and a track record in Mid-Market and Enterprise deals.
