New Logo Account Executives drive strategic growth for new Lucid SMB customers across territories, engaging with potential and existing clients after qualification to create business value and close opportunities. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role partners with Enterprise Account Executives to break into and grow Lucid opportunities, handling account planning, prospecting, lead generation, sales calls, supporting the sales cycle, and potentially running foundational deals autonomously.
Responsibilities include owning the top of the funnel by identifying and engaging strategic target accounts, driving new pipeline through outbound activities (calls, emails, personalized demos, and campaigns), being a trusted advisor by understanding business challenges, collaborating with AEs on tailored outreach and account strategies, and supporting the full sales cycle from first touch to proposal.
Requirements include a minimum of 12 months of sales experience (preferably in software/SaaS), outstanding written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects; the position is hybrid in Melbourne, AUS, two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), with preferred qualifications including experience closing business and familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
